clean clinic (level one) - overview:

Class duration:  3hrs (2pm-5pm)

 

  • Review a series of assistance exercises and drills for developing strong and stable shoulder position for receiving the bar in the front rack position with a clean grip.

  • Receive detailed instruction for establishing a strong start position and first pull for your levers and body-type.

  • At the end of the clinic, athletes will have a specific starting point for future training as well as an overview of their technique errors and drills to improve incorrect positions or transitions.
